£20,000.00 - 26,000.00 Per Annum (Plus overtime and bonus )

Based at our Cheltenham & Gloucester site, as a Parts Advisor, the main purpose of your role is to order, sell and manage the stock of parts and accessories, delivering excellent service to customers.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
Establishing customers’ requirements and taking parts orders, both over the counter and on the phone
Communicating relevant offers to customers
Maintaining and ordering parts stock
To facilitate the marketing and selling of parts to local trade outlets, including bodyshops and independent traders
Raising invoices for parts sold
Receiving, recording and allocating parts received
Developing and maintaining good relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers
Main dealer experience is preferable but not essential. In return we are offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme and increased holidays for length of service.
